Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3.30pm (Greenwich Mean Time) or 9.30am (Central Daylight Time) will be dispatched the same day with our courier DHL Express, except during sale, weekends and public holidays in the UK.

We aim to dispatch UK orders the next working day, provided your order is placed before 3.30pm. All international deliveries will be delivered in 1-3 working days.

If you have selected for your garment to be personalised, it will take our seamstress 1 extra working day to make your garment truly special!

Currency, Customs, Duties & Taxes

In July 2024, we have made some updates to our website with the sole purpose of creating a friendlier, quicker, and hassle-free shopping experience.

You are now able to shop in your local currency. At checkout, once you have added your item(s) to your cart and entered your delivery address, all taxes and duties will be calculated for you. This will clearly indicate if the price paid is inclusive or exclusive of duties and taxes before you complete payment.

You may be offered to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout, however, we can’t guarantee that your order will be eligible. Should you choose not to pay for the duties, DHL Express will contact you directly once your order reaches its destination.

Out For Delivery

Once your order has been quality checked and packaged safely, it will be handed over to our trusted courier, DHL Express and you will receive an email/SMS to let you know that your order is on it's way. 

All deliveries are easily tracked via email/SMS and a signature will be required upon delivery. Should you miss your delivery, don't worry, DHL Express will attempt the next available working day.
