Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3:30pm (GMT) or 9:30am (CDT) are dispatched the same day, excluding personalised orders, sale periods, weekends and public holidays.

UK Deliveries: We deliver UK orders the next working day with our trusted courier DPD when you order before 3:30pm (Monday–Friday).

  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:30pm arrive the next working day.

    • Orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will arrive Monday.

    • Orders placed over the weekend will arrive Tuesday.

  • Pre 10:30am & Weekend Delivery: Need it sooner or at a more convenient time? We offer Pre 10:30am, Saturday and Sunday delivery options at checkout. (Please note: these services can’t be guaranteed in Scotland and Northern Ireland.)

International Deliveries: All international orders are delivered in 1–3 working days via DHL Express.

Personalised Item(s): If you’ve selected to have your garment personalised, please allow our seamstresses one additional working day to craft your garment with the care and detail that makes it truly special.

Out For Delivery: Once your order has been elegantly wrapped in our signature packaging, it will be handed over to our trusted courier. You will receive a personalised email and/or SMS notification the moment your parcel begins its journey to you.

Every delivery is fully trackable via the link provided, offering you complete peace of mind.  A signature will be required upon receipt to ensure your order is delivered securely and cannot be left in a safe place. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will be in touch to arrange a convenient alternative.

International Currency, Customs Duties & Taxes

If visiting our site from overseas, you can select to view prices and pay for your order in your local currency.

At checkout, once you have entered your delivery address, all applicable taxes and duties will be automatically calculated and displayed. Taxes and duties will be payable either:

  • As part of the checkout process.
  • Once your order arrives in your chosen country.

If you choose not to pre-pay taxes and duties at checkout, or pre-paying is not an option for your delivery country, DHL Express will contact you directly when your order arrives in your country to arrange payment before delivery.
