30 Day Exchange & Return Policy

Eligible purchase(s) can be returned for an Exchange or Refund within 30 days from your purchase date, provided that the product(s) are new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact.

New and unused means that there are no marks on the item(s), no wear on the tags, and it must not have been washed. As we do not sell used item(s) we will not accept returns that show any indication that it has been worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

As we constantly strive to better ourselves (especially in terms of sustainability) since 2022, we no longer include a return form or return label with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - How To Make A Return or Exchange

If you would like to organise a free return, either via our courier collection service or drop-off at your local DHL Express Service Point. Please click the button below

 
  1. Enter your order number (including the #) along with the email address used to make the purchase.
  2. Select the item(s) and then select whether you would like a Refund or Exchange, along with the reason - your feedback is valuable to us.
  3. If you have selected an Exchange, our Customer Service Team will reach out and organise everything in a speedy and hassle-free manner.
  4. You can then print your return label and any necessary return invoices, For ease, you will also get an email with your return label, along with instructions
  5. Your item(s) are now ready to be returned and can be taken to a local DHL Express Service Point.
  6. We understand the importance of free time, should you wish to have your item/s collected from any address, using your waybill number and contact number you can Schedule a DHL Express Collection.

UK ORDERS - How To Make A Return or Exchange

If you would like to organise a free return, either via our courier collection service or drop-off at your local DHL Express Service Point, simply click the button below.

  1. Enter your order number (without the #) along with the email address used to make the purchase.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to Return or Exchange and select a reason - your feedback is valuable to us.
  3. For an Exchange, you can advise an alternative size, colour or product. Our Customer Service Team will reach out to you in order to organise everything in a speedy and hassle-free manner.
  4. Select if you wish to have your return collected from a convenient address or drop it off at a local DHL Express Service Point.
  5. You will now be sent an email to confirm. This email includes your return instructions and return label.

Preparing your Return or Exchange

  1. Safely package your item(s). Feel free to use our multi-use packaging in which we sent you the products in - there's an unused sticky strip ready to be sealed!
  2. Print your return label which we sent in your return email confirmation.
  3. For international orders, you will also need to print a return invoice which will need to be attached to the front of the parcel. Again, this will have been sent in your return email confirmation.
  4. If you selected/arranged a Collection, your parcel is now ready.
  5. If you selected Drop Off at a local DHL Express Service Point, please take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.

    How do Exchanges Work

    1. After you have made your Exchange request using our Return Portal, you will receive your paperwork via email for the item(s) you wish to return as part of your Exchange.
    2. Once you have raised your Exchange via our return portal, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you in order to organise everything in a speedy and hassle-free manner.

    Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Item(s)

    Regrettably, the following are not eligible for a Return or Exchange.

    • Personalised or altered item(s)
    • Item(s) or size that is made to order
    • Customised Item(s)

    Received as a Gift

    If you received a Derek Rose garment as a gift (you lucky thing!) and need to exchange size, colour, or for a different item(s), please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your order number, which is on the outer box.
