We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible item(s) may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all labels and tags fully attached.

  • "New and unused" means the item(s) show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

  • For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns that appear worn or used. Such items will be returned to the customer.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have not included a physical return form or label with your order since 2022.  To initiate a return or exchange, please use the Return Portal linked below.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER - How To Make A Return or Exchange

Should you wish to arrange a complimentary return either via our courier collection service or by visiting your nearest DHL Express Service Point, please click the button below to proceed.

 
  1. Order Details - Please enter your order number (including the #) along with the email address used at the time of purchase.
  2. Select your item(s) - Choose the product(s) and whether you'd like a return or exchange, along with the reason - your feedback is important.
  3. Request an Exchange - If you have chosen an exchange, our Customer Service Team will personally email you to ensure a seamless and prompt experience.
  4. Return Label - You'll then be able to download and print your return label and any required documentation. For added convenience, these will also be sent directly to your email, along with step-by-step instructions. 
  5. DHL Express Service Point - Your item(s) are now ready to be returned and can be taken to a local DHL Express Service Point
  6. Prefer a more effortless option? We value your time, using your waybill and contact details, you may Schedule a DHL Express Collection from your preferred address.

UK ORDER - How To Make A Return or Exchange

To arrange a complimentary return, whether through our courier collection service or by dropping off at your nearest DPD Service Point, simply click the button below

  1. Order details – Enter your order number (excluding the #) and the email address (or postcode) used at checkout.

  2. Select your item(s) – Choose the product (s) and share the reason, Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Then select whether you'd like a return or exchange

  3. Request an exchange (if desired) – You may request a different size, colour, or product. Our dedicated Customer Services team will contact you to ensure a seamless and personalised experience.

  4. Choose your return method – Select either a complimentary DPD collection from any UK address or drop off your parcel at a nearby DPD Service Point.

  5. Confirmation – If dropping off at a service point, you will need to print out your return label. If opting for collection, the driver will bring the return label with them and you’ll receive a 1-hour collection window on the day.

    How do Exchanges Work?

    1. After you have made your exchange request using our Return Portal, you will receive your paperwork via email for the item(s) you wish to return as part of your Exchange.
    2. Once you have raised your Exchange via our return portal, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you in order to organise everything in a speedy and hassle-free manner.

    Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Item(s)

    Regrettably, the following are not eligible for a Return or Exchange.

    • Personalised or altered item(s)
    • Item(s) or size that is made to order
    • Customised Item(s)

    Received as a Gift?

    If you’d like to exchange the size, colour, or select a different item, our Customer Service Team will be delighted to assist you. Simply provide the order number, which can be found on the outer packaging.
